HOLIDAY COTTAGES

We have two traditional, stone, holiday cottages set in spacious, pretty gardens with glorious views over the fields towards our Vineyards nestling under Musbury Castle (Newhouse and Wonover). To the west, breathtaking views across the valley to the coast at Axmouth and the cliffs at Beer (only 10 mins).

Our Grade 2 listed cottages date back to the 18th century and have architectural features such as inglenook fireplaces, beamed ceilings and window seats. The generously- sized, rooms are well-equipped and tastefully furnished, offering a higher than average standard of accommodation. Each property has its own, private garden for relaxing, alfresco dining or to simply enjoy gazing at the cows grazing in the fields. Perhaps drop by our cellar door, then wander up to the vineyards and enjoy a glass of Castlewood and picnic amongst the vines. Or if booking Wonover, enjoy the delights of our wood-fired hot tub!

Although, we are situated down a winding, leafy lane we are within minutes of beaches at Lyme Regis and Seaton. Beer fishing harbour is close by and Branscombe farther on. Just a 5 minute car journey will enable you to reach: The bird watching paradise on the Axe River Estuary; the Axmouth to Lyme Regis Undercliff National Nature Reserve and The World Heritage Jurassic Coast Area. Or simply enjoy a stroll along a lakeside footpath and into the vineyards from your front door.
We are just 10 minutes drive from Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall's River Cottage Headquarters at Park Farm, where we commence the 'WINE & DINE' from. And of course the River Cottage Canteen in Axminster.
