Country Living Magazine. In September 2016 we were lucky enough to be featured in Country Living Magazine's series 'Taste's of the season' with Gill Meller. We were photographed harvesting the Chardonnay grapes. It was a very special day with amazing weather, photographer Andy Montgomery captured some beautiful atmospheric shots with breathtaking views of the Axe Valley. We were treated to a hearty lunch cooked by Gill on top of the vineyard.


GQ Magazine. May 2016's edition of GQ magazine saw the crowning of Castlewood's first cocktail. The 'King of the Castle', we've been serving it from our cocktail bar ever since!

Ingredients:

2 tbsp The Kings Ginger

2 glasses of Castlewood Sparkling Wine (chilled)

2 pieces of sugared dried stem ginger, using a cocktail stick to crown your Royal Chalice.
